As part of our successful upgrade programme, the TomTom Store is giving customers the opportunity to trade-in their old Sat Nav system.
How to trade-in your TomTom today
To upgrade, decide on the new TomTom you would like to upgrade to, then give us a call on 01555 667 285 for a trade-in valuation. If you decide to trade-in, we ask you to pay the remaining balance, once the trade-in valuation has been deducted from the selling price. We then send you the new TomTom with full instructions on how to send your old unit back. Once you have received your new TomTom, we give you 10 working days to return your trade-in.
Any Sat Nav sent as part of the trade-in program, must be in full working order and not have been modified in anyway. All associated items such as power cables, mounting brackets and USB docks or cables should be returned.
Important: Your credit or debit card details will be held by the TomTom Store for 10 working days, in the event that no trade-in is received, at this point the trade-in valuation will be charged and credit card details deleted.
